Privacy Policy for the game "Aquaduels"

Wincea does not collect data that would directly identify you (real name, email address, precise location). For the Game, Wincea stores game-related data: username, ELO ranking, pearls (in-game currency), owned avatars, win streaks, and similar information. Anonymous game statistics (duration, number of waves, ELO before/after, anonymized compositions) as well as anonymous client error reports may also be recorded to help balance and debug the Game; these records contain no identifier that could be traced back to you.

This data is processed on the basis of the performance of the gaming service (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), as this information is necessary for the proper functioning of the leaderboard and the online 1v1 mode.

Game profile data (username, ELO, pearls, avatars) is retained for as long as the service is active. As there is no identifiable inactivity mechanism (the Game does not require mandatory login), this data is retained by default until you request its deletion at contact@wincea.com. Guest identifiers stored locally are retained in your browser until you clear your local data. Anonymized game statistics and anonymous error reports are not subject to a limited retention period, as they contain no personal data.

Local game settings (language, audio volume, etc.) are stored via the save module provided by CrazyGames. If you are logged into a CrazyGames account, the Game additionally links your game profile (username, ELO, pearls, avatars) to your CrazyGames player ID in order to sync your progress across devices; this link is established via a token issued by CrazyGames and verified against their public JWKS. Game data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on the infrastructure provided by Railway (Railway Corp., USA), which also hosts the dedicated multiplayer server. This transfer of data to the United States is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914), in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.

The Game is also hosted and distributed on CrazyGames. This platform may automatically collect anonymized technical data such as: browser type, screen resolution, country of connection, and session statistics. Wincea only has access to this data in the form of aggregate statistics and does not receive any individual data from CrazyGames. For more information, please consult the CrazyGames Privacy Policy.

The Game is entirely free to play and funded by advertising. The partner platforms hosting the Game are responsible for the management, targeting and delivery of ads. Wincea does not share any user data with advertisers and does not have access to individual advertising data. The management of your consent (including accepting or refusing advertising cookies) is handled by the portal hosting the Game, in accordance with the GDPR.

The Game is a tactical dueling game suitable for all ages. Wincea does not actively target minors under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal data from children. The management of parental consent and compliance with regulations applicable to advertising directed at minors is the responsibility of the partner platforms hosting the Game, in particular CrazyGames.
