Privacy Policy for the game "Jellydive"

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the web game "Jellydive" (hereinafter "the Game"), developed and published by Wincea (Individual Enterprise, directed by Vincent PONSONNET EI, 200 Rue de la Croix Nivert 75015 Paris, SIREN: 101 895 068).

1 Collection of Personal Data by Wincea

Wincea does not collect data that directly identifies you (real name, email address, precise location). Jellydive features an online weekly leaderboard. To make it work, Wincea stores: an anonymous client identifier (generated once on your device to key your entry), a public display name (a randomly generated guest pseudonym, or your CrazyGames username if you are logged in), your best score of the week (the maximum depth reached, in metres), and the current season and league. This data is kept in a PostgreSQL database hosted on the infrastructure provided by Railway (Railway Corp., USA); this transfer to the United States is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914), in accordance with Article 46 GDPR. This processing is carried out on the basis of the performance of the game service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), as this information is necessary for the leaderboard to function. You can request the deletion of your leaderboard data at any time at contact@wincea.com.

2 Saving your progress

To keep your progress between sessions, the Game uses the save module provided by CrazyGames. Your game data is stored locally in your browser through this module. If you are logged into a CrazyGames account, this data may be associated with your CrazyGames player ID to sync your progress across devices. Wincea does not store this progress data on its own servers. For more information, see the CrazyGames Privacy Policy.

3 Technical Data and Partner Platforms

The Game is hosted and distributed on CrazyGames. This platform may automatically collect anonymized technical data such as: browser type, screen resolution, country of connection, and session statistics. Wincea only has access to this data in the form of aggregate statistics. For more information, see the CrazyGames Privacy Policy.

4 Advertising and Monetization

The Game is free to play and monetized through advertising. Partner platforms hosting the Game are solely responsible for managing, targeting, and delivering ads. Management of your consent (including accepting or refusing advertising cookies) is handled directly by the web portal hosting the Game, in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).

5 Children's Protection (COPPA / GDPR-K)

The Game is an arcade game suitable for all ages. Wincea does not knowingly collect any personal data from children. Regarding advertising, the partner sites hosting the Game are responsible.

6 Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy to remain in compliance with applicable regulations and the technical requirements of our partner platforms. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
